  Great man, Great Coach... Fahness taught me great boxing tips and self defense techniques. He will be missed by many. Not many like him when it comes to the passion for martial arts.

  Get ready for a full body workout taking the Cardio Kickboxing class here! It's an intense class, and you will definitely feel the burn in your muscles. The instructors are experienced enough to know how to work with anyone...beginner through more experienced, and they will help you to work your way up. It can be scary walking into a boxing and MMA gym, but here, you'll find the instructors to be very friendly and encouraging. You can always find students and instructors to offer some pointers to help you to be and do your best.

  Coach Fahness is the best MMA/boxing coach I have ever had. I was a team member at OC Boxing Academy for about 6 months last year. Unfortunately, we had to move out of the state. The down-to-earth attitude and friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. I have since been to 2 or 3 other gyms and have not found a coach or trainer with even close to the same knowledge and enthusiasm that Fahness posesses. If you are new to the fight gym scene or are looking to improve your technique, I can give no higher recommendation than OC Boxing and MMA. ZULU!
