  the girl that helped me was pushy and rude. she wanted me to sign in, and when i said i just wanted a touchup and didn't want to sign in for a touchup, she rolled her eyes at me. then, she wanted to put me into their system by asking for my full name and address and again explained, i just wanted a touch up and didn't understand why they needed all this information. after her again trying to get me in, i had to explain i wasn't giving her personal information just to cut my hair for 3 minuets once every few months. she again rolled her eyes and almost begrudgingly sat me down. we made small talk as she cut my hair and everything seemed fine until i got home and my wife looked at how poorly she cut my hair and laughed that someone could mess it up so bad. i don't need a nice haircut, i sit in a cubicle all day. but if you do need to present yourself for your job, id recommend trying somewhere else. i only gave it them 2 stars cuz they offer free touchups, which i still tipped for, i guess i should have looked at my hair before i left, i didn't expect this professional to do such a poor job.
