  I went on a Thursday evening. It was pretty slow, but had to get on a list. A family came in behind me and got helped. I sat there 30 minutes and then when the next person became free she went to the back and no one said anything. I left....they lost a sale. Their loss!

  Horrible experience the manager Mauricio Peña just doesn't have any people skill im taking my 7 lines to Verizon just because of the bad experience in this store
