  She is one unprofessional person we had to deal with. She is rude and doesn't know anything about hair styling. My wife went to her salon a week ago to get her highlights and Naylynn used a cheap quality color and without asking my wife she used a blonde color. I didn't like the color and told Naylynn right on her face, she said you can keep it for a day or two and see if you start liking it else we can always redo it. Today when my wife went to her, she removed her highlights and left her in the middle of the process, shouted on my wife and handed over a check for refund, insulting in front of everyone. I will sue her for her actions and malpractice. SHE IS NOT Recommended. She works at salon gallery too in Tustin, California.
